Antonio has a proven track record of longevity in roles and shipyard experience, ensuring compliance with safety protocols while actively engaging in maintenance, tender driving, and water sports.
He holds the RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and the Officer of the Watch Unlimited certification.
His adaptable approach allows him to effectively manage both bridge and deck responsibilities, fostering a positive team environment that enhances crew performance.
In his spare time, Antonio loves to travel and play sports like soccer, swimming and kite surfing.

Chief Engineer: Cristian Tudorica, Romanian
Cristian is an extremely motivated and hard working crew member with 10 years of experience as Electrician in Shipyards, ETO and Electronics Technician in Merchant Marine and Offshore Industry.
After obtaining the degree at Maritime University of Constanta (specialty Marine Engineering - Electromechanic) he started working as Marine Engineer onboard Offshore Drilling Ships and later he made his way to STCW license as Chief Engineer.
Cristian applies his can-do outlook with logic and a well-thought-out approach to any engineering problem solving.
Romanian mothertongue, he speaks English, French, Italian, and basic Spanish.



Chef :Giovanni Rocca, Italian
Giovanni is a talented, well trained Chef graduated from the Culinary art and professional cookery school in Rome.
He boasts a wide professional experience of over 30 years as Head Chef in the main Rome's restaurants and aboard Navy ships in Italy and abroad. Experienced with bakery and fish Mediterranean cuisine, Giovanni has worked for 8 years as Head Chef at La Rotonda Shilling Restaurant in Rome where he attempted with new recipes, and artistic menus and at the same time he trained and grow new staff members. Giovanni cooks in a wide range of styles, including Asian, Arabic, Vegan and Gluten free cuisine to deliver every guest the culinary experience they desire. Giovanni pays special attention in sourcing the freshest ingredients through his considerable experience.


Chief Stewardess: Ariana Sichi, Italian
Ariana is an hardworking and experienced crew member.
Very organized and meticulous, Ariana has been working in the Yachting Industry for 10 years gaining insight and experience in all areas of work aboard.
She took over the tasks of Stewardess and rotated between laundry, housekeeping and upkeeping the interior.
Ariana has efficient communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work hard and well, even under pressure.
She has all required certificates and strong hospitality background, to best suit her daily charter duties.
Italian mother tongue, she speaks an advanced level of English and a basic Spanish.


Stewardess: Ainhoa Zazo, Spanish
Ainhoa is a positive, cheerful, and curious person who loves to learn and take on new challenges.
She enjoys interacting with clients, making them feel comfortable, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
With a strong experience in hospitality, she has started working as fligh attendant, developing organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ainhoa joined the yachting industry as it felt like a good fit for her to be able to pursue her hospitality career while travelling the globe and meeting new people.
She started working as stewardess aboard both charter and private yachts ranging from 37 to 64 m.
Ainhoa holds the Basic safety training (STCW) the Food Hygiene Course (Level II).
Ainhoa takes pride in her work and continuously seek ways to improve and grow.

Luana is an hardworking and professional crew member, boasting over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Eager to make career in Nautical Industry, Luana holds excellent problem solving ability , adaptability and great communication skills.

Andrea is an accomplished deckhand with a wealth of experience in the Yachting Industry. He has been working as deckhand aboard prestigious motor yachts, gaining a deep understanding of yacht operations and exceptional proficiency in deckhand duties. He holds the title of he Seaman’s Book, the basic Training STCW '95 and the required qualifications and professional courses. Second deckhand- Assistant Engineer: Giuseppe Dettori, Italian, 33 y.o.
Giuseppe is a dedicated Deckhand/Assistant Engineer who brings both experience and good energy to the crew onboard.
Born in Sassari (Sardinia), Giuseppe grew up with a passion for sea life, which led him to pursue a career in the maritime field.
Giuseppe ha been working aboard several yachts dealing with the maintenance of the boat, from washing to small carpentry and painting works, to the control of engine generators levels, maintenance of water filters, racor, oil and diesel.
He holds the Yacht-master offshore with commercial endorsement 2020 and the Italian Nautical License within 12 miles.
Giuseppe is also known for his friendly and approachable manner and for his ability (particularly appreciated by guests) to make gorgeous videos with drone. In his spare time he loves traveling and fishing.

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
