His proficiency in maintenance to bridge operations to leadership will ensure smooth sailing and safety for guests and crew. Sharing his knowledge in the bridge on all scopes of yachting is also something Guy enjoys.

Bryan is a seasoned chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, including an impressive eight-year tenure with Chef Morimoto’s world-renowned restaurants in Napa, Maui, Bangkok, and Waikiki. His expertise spans global cuisines—Japanese, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Thai—paired with a talent for crafting bespoke menus tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary needs.

In the yachting world, Bryan has served as sole chef on luxury vessels, delivering exceptional dining experiences for owners, charter guests, and crew alike. From provisioning with the finest ingredients to executing multi-course dinners and creative canapés, he brings precision, creativity, and passion to every plate.

When he’s not in the galley, Bryan enjoys exploring new culinary trends, traveling, and photography, often drawing inspiration from global flavors and local markets. His calm, team-oriented approach and flair for innovation make him a standout in any yacht program

Born & raised in Namibia, Armond grew up playing cricket and eventually started playing at the professional level. After the cricket days, Armond found the love for the water and started to pursue his career in yachting. With a love for snorkeling, fishing, and watersports, he is passionate about his job and taking care of the guests, ensuring they have the time of their lives enjoying all the water toys EAU LA LA has to offer.



CHIEF STEWARDESS-TANYA HUNTER- NEW ZEALAND

Originally from New Zealand, Tanya brings over a decade of experience in luxury yachting, working on vessels from 30m to 65m across the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, and U.S. East Coast. Her background spans both private and busy charter programs, where she has mastered everything from high-end service and event hosting to interior management and refit projects.

Before yachting, Tanya built a strong foundation in hospitality, fitness, and corporate finance, giving her a unique blend of professionalism and creativity. She holds certifications in culinary arts, mixology, yoga instruction, and advanced diving, making her a versatile and dynamic crew member.

When she’s not onboard, Tanya loves yoga, scuba diving, and exploring new destinations, always seeking adventure and ways to connect with people and cultures. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences make her an invaluable asset to any yacht program.

When she’s not ensuring guests feel right at home, Jasmine loves exploring new destinations and tasting local cuisine wherever her travels take her.

With decades of maritime experience and a knack for keeping things running smoother than a freshly polished hull, Onno is the ultimate Chief Engineer. A graduate of Maritime Technology and a certified pro in everything from vibration analysis to rotating machinery, he’s as much a technical wizard as he is a problem-solver.

Since rejoining the yacht sector in 2006, Onno has steered through a sea of engineering challenges aboard some of the world’s most luxurious yachts, ensuring every voyage is seamless. From taming complex HVAC systems to optimizing maintenance strategies, he brings unparalleled expertise to vessels above 500GT. Originally from Australia, Mark has served on some of the industry’s most prestigious vessels, including M/Y Axis, M/Y Voyager, and M/Y Archimedes, steadily rising through the ranks to his current role as Chief Officer. His responsibilities have spanned everything from submarine and dive operations to crane handling, navigational watchkeeping, and guest tender driving. Known for his calm leadership style and ability to think outside the box, Mark ensures every voyage is safe, smooth, and memorable. Mark is an adventurer at heart. When he's not on duty, you’ll find him surfing remote breaks, hiking rugged trails, or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. His passion for travel and the outdoors makes him a natural fit for life at sea, and his approachable nature makes him a favorite among crew and guests.

Accommodation: The yacht is offered for up to 10 guests, but with flexible accommodation as there are six guest cabins (5 double and 1 twin). 12 guests can be considered for the Bahamas in Summer 2025.

- Master on main deck with Super King bed, with two heads, shower and bath tub. Good size dressing room / walk-in closet. Large windows. Adjacent office / study area.

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
