Vangelis was born in 1985 in Athens and is a Greek national. He holds a Captain's diploma from the Hellenic Marine Academy of Kimi and all the necessary certificates for his position. He started his career in 2005 on commercial and passenger ships and after gaining valuable experience he entered the yachting industry in 2011. Before joining M/Y Aqua Libra in 2018 he served as chief officer onboard M/Y Nashira, S/Y Fivea, M/Y Elvis and M/Y Dragon. His outgoing, hospitable personality is a valuable contribution to the team of Aqua Libra. He is a certified PADI scuba diver and as a keen water sports enthusiast, he loves taking the guests out on the tender for day trips and exploring new areas and instructing everyone on the toys onboard. Vangelis is single, speaks fluent English and loves swimming and diving.
Name: Odysseas Kapsalis
Position: Chief Officer
Nationality: Greek
Odysseas Kapsalis, Chief Officer onboard M/Y Aqua Libra, brings extensive maritime experience from both commercial vessels and luxury yachts, including notable roles on M/Y Sorrento and M/Y Chakra. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos with a Class B Captain's License, he is skilled in yacht operations, navigation, and technical systems management. Known for his leadership and adaptability, Odysseas ensures smooth onboard operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Name: Ioannis Kazantzis
Position: Chief Engineer
Nationality: Greek
IIoannis was born in 1976 and is a Greek national with a real passion for engineering. He graduated from the Hellenic Marine Academy (Engineers Department) and has also taken part in several specialized seminars over the years. He started out working on large tankers and OBO ships worldwide before moving into yachting, where he’s worked on well-known vessels like M/Y Armonia, M/Y Pouaro, M/Y Ithaki, M/Y Water Toy II, and M/Y Bliss. He has been part of the Aqua Libra crew since 2018, Ioannis is the go-to person for anything technical—completely trusted by the captain and crew to keep everything running smoothly. He’s single, loves music and traveling, and speaks fluent English.
Name: Konstantinos Kouseris
Position: Chef
Nationality: Greek
Chef Kostas embarked on his culinary journey by earning diplomas in pastry making and cooking from the prestigious CHEF D'OEUVRE chef school in Athens. His dedication to culinary excellence led him to enter the yachting industry in 2015, where his passion for creating exquisite dishes has flourished ever since. Before his maritime adventure, Kostas honed his skills in high-end restaurants and hotels, gaining valuable experience. His commitment to culinary diversity is evident through his attendance at seminars focused on Japanese, French, Italian, and Greek cuisine. Beyond the kitchen, Kostas finds joy in listening to music, traveling, watching films, and staying active through running—a well-rounded chef with a zest for life and, of course, the art of cooking.

Her passions for travel, cooking, and floral arranging add a personal touch that enhances the guest experience, making every charter truly unforgettable.

Position: 2nd Stewardess

Eleftheria raised in Greece, brings previous charter experience as well as years of catering to her yachting expertise. Confident in assisting with guest service and interior prep, she's eager to make guests feel at ease. With her warm demeanor, she's described as genuinely positive. She's keen to support the crew and spends her free time swimming and attending seminars to enhance her skills as a barista/ server/waitress.

Name: Vasiliki Papapantelidi
Position: 3rd Stewardess
Nationality: Greek
Vasiliki brings a strong background in hospitality and hands-on sailing experience to her role as 3rd Stewardess aboard M/Y Aqua Libra. She spent two consecutive seasons aboard the Meltemi sailing ship in Athens, working both as a stewardess and deckhand, where she managed guest services, coordinated activities, assisted with paperwork, and participated in all onboard operations, from docking to offshore sailing. With a solid foundation in F&B, including leadership roles at high-end restaurants in Athens, she’s known for her excellent presentation, attention to detail, and warm, professional demeanor. She holds certifications including STCW, Seafarer ID, and an Offshore Sailing Diploma, and is passionate about travel, music, and photography.

Position: Deckhand
Nationality: Greek
George is an experienced deckhand with a strong background in both private and charter yachting. He has worked on several well-known yachts, including M/Y Vera, M/Y Timbuktu, M/Y Duke, M/Y O’Pati, M/Y Anamel, and M/Y Summer Fun. He also served as a private captain for smaller vessels like a Targa 35ft and a Fabio Buzzi 42ft. George holds multiple certifications, including a Bosun license, STCW, Eng1, and a speedboat license (up to 24m). With his solid engineering education and hands-on experience, he brings reliability, energy, and a hardworking attitude to the Aqua Libra team.
