He’s an advocate for teamwork, communication, and leading by example, which is apparent though day to day operations onboard. Leaving a career in finance, Scott took a chance on yachting at the encouragement of a good friend, and is still here twelve years later.

As Chief Officer, Scott handles navigation, oversees crew training, ensures rigorous safety standards, and keeps the yacht in immaculate condition. His goal is to become a captain with a fun, outgoing, and professional crew that creates a welcoming, “feel-good” atmosphere for guests. He’s passionate about exceeding guest expectations, from arranging memorable activities to sharing his local knowledge so guests can discover hidden gems they’ll want to return to.

In the heart of North Sydney, Australia, Ron birthed Altitude, a Juice bar that he nurtured from a $25,000 inception to a $250,000 success story within two years.

The yachting world beckoned Ron in 2007, offering a new horizon to showcase his culinary prowess. His culinary philosophy centers on fresh and light creations, and he takes pride in crafting dishes from scratch. Ron's culinary repertoire spans a fusion of modern American, Italian, Thai, and Japanese styles, showcasing his versatility and appreciation for diverse flavors.

Ako funguje charterová zmluva?

Zmluva sa uzatvára priamo medzi Majiteľom lode a Klientom, s podporou brokera. Zvyčajne je založená na medzinárodnom zmluvnom modeli MYBA, vytvorenom s cieľom zabezpečiť jasnú a vyváženú ochranu oboch strán.
Súčasťou procesu je aj úloha Stakeholdera, ktorý je zodpovedný za bezpečné uchovanie finančných prostriedkov až do ukončenia charteru.

Čo je zahrnuté v charterovej cene?

Základná tarifa zahŕňa prenájom jachty, používanie palubného vybavenia, prítomnosť posádky a príslušné poistenie.
Prevádzkové náklady, ako palivo, zásoby, poplatky v marinách, nápoje a doplnkové aktivity, nie sú zahrnuté a spravujú sa prostredníctvom APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

Presný zoznam služieb zahrnutých alebo nezahrnutých v cene bude potvrdený pri výbere jachty.

Čo je APA a ako funguje?

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) je vopred poskytnutý fond, zvyčajne vo výške 25–35% z ceny charteru, určený na pokrytie prevádzkových nákladov: palivo, zásoby, poplatky v marinách, platené aktivity, nápoje a individuálne požiadavky hostí.

Na konci plavby kapitán predloží podrobný prehľad výdavkov. Nevyužité prostriedky sa klientovi vracajú a prípadné prečerpanie sa vyrovná pri uzatvorení charteru.

Aké sú platobné podmienky?

Pri podpise zmluvy sa vyžaduje úhrada 50% z celkovej sumy.
Zostatok — vrátane APA, daní a prípadných ďalších poplatkov — sa obvykle vyžaduje približne päť týždňov pred nástupom na palubu (v závislosti od majiteľa).
Platby sa realizujú bankovým prevodom, ktorý je štandardom v oblasti luxusných charterov.

Môžem zrušiť rezerváciu?

Áno, zrušenie je možné, avšak uplatňujú sa podmienky stanovené v zmluve.
Vo všeobecnosti, ak sa klient rozhodne odstúpiť, Majiteľ si ponecháva už uhradené zálohy.

Ak sa jachta znova prenajme na rovnaké obdobie, Majiteľ vráti získanú sumu, zníženú o príslušné provízie.

Výber závisí predovšetkým od typu zážitku, ktorý chceš prežiť:

Koľko osôb môže byť ubytovaných na palube?

Väčšina jácht môže podľa vnútorného usporiadania ubytovať 6 až 12 hostí.

Budem mať počas charteru prístup na internet?
