Marios is an experienced and reliable Chief Officer with nearly 15 years of combined experience in hospitality and yachting. Born and raised in Athens, he brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an excellent sense of seamanship to every vessel he joins.
With a dynamic presence on deck, Marios takes pride in overseeing all exterior operations, managing water toys, and ensuring that guests enjoy a safe and seamless outdoor experience. His hands-on approach, technical knowledge, and calm demeanor make him a trusted leader among crew and a favorite among guests.
Always eager to share his knowledge and passion for the sea, Marios creates a welcoming and engaging environment onboard. His professional yet approachable manner, coupled with his fluency in both Greek and English, allows him to connect effortlessly with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Chief Engineer Michalis Sindichakis
Michalis, was born in 1979 and has studied at the Mechand Academy of Aspropirgos. With extensive experience in passenger and cargo vessels, he transitioned to motor yachts in 2008. Dedicated to ensuring the vessel complies with all standards and regulations, he actively supervises and trains crew members in emergency responses and duties. Committed to excellence, he plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the yacht. A devoted father of three, he enjoys fishing with his children and seizing every opportunity for family trips.
Chef Dimitris Forakis
Chef Dimitris is a passionate and creative culinary professional with over a decade of experience in high-end restaurants and luxury hospitality. Born in Athens and originally from the island of Chios, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age and has since turned his passion into a dedicated career.
A graduate of the renowned Le Monde Culinary School in Athens, Dimitris specializes in Italian cuisine, Japanese hot kitchen, and premium meat preparation. His cooking style emphasizes quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and a tailored approach to guest preferences.
Known for his warm and thoughtful nature, Dimitris brings not only skill but also a genuine desire to provide an exceptional dining experience. His calm demeanor and strong work ethic make him a valuable member of any crew, and his culinary creations consistently delight guests on board.

Chief Stewardess Foteini Ntzanou
Foteini is a highly dedicated and service-oriented Chief Stewardess with a warm personality and over a decade of experience in hospitality and luxury service. Originally from Athens, she began her career in high-end restaurant service before transitioning into the yachting industry, where her attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism have quickly earned her the trust of both guests and crew.
With a Silver Service certificate and a genuine passion for creating memorable onboard experiences, Foteini ensures that every guest is cared for to the highest standard. She is proactive, hands-on, and always willing to assist in any area needed, making her an integral part of any team.
Her calm demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to lead by example allow her to manage interior operations smoothly while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. In her free time, Foteini enjoys traveling and swimming—activities that reflect her love for the sea and new cultures.
2nd Stewardess – Faidra Rizou
Faidra is an enthusiastic and highly motivated young professional, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Oxford Brookes University. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on hospitality experience, she is eager to bring her exceptional work ethic, adaptability, and interpersonal skills to the yachting industry.
Faidra’s most recent role as Manager at Coffee Academy in Athens highlights her leadership capabilities and commitment to quality service. She has successfully led teams in high-pressure environments, developed staff training programs, managed inventory, and ensured compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Her role required precision, professionalism, and a client-first mindset—skills that seamlessly translate into a stewardess position at sea.
She is fluent in both English and Greek, confident in multicultural environments, and known for her positive attitude and disciplined approach. Faidra’s legal studies further reinforce her strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Deckhand Nikolas Leontis
Nikolaos Leontis is a disciplined, motivated, and adaptable individual with a strong interest in pursuing a professional career within the maritime industry. Born in Attica, Greece, in 1998, he successfully fulfilled his national military obligations in 2021 and has since demonstrated a consistent work ethic across various roles, primarily within the hospitality sector. He most recently served aboard the M/Y Tacanuyaso M.S. motoryacht, gaining firsthand experience in the maritime environment. Leontis holds a diploma in Physical Therapy and is fluent in English. He is recognized for his calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to perform effectively under pressure. Additionally, he possesses a speedboat operator’s license, motorcycle and car driving licenses, and is proficient in computer and internet use Leontis is eager to contribute as an entry-level seaman and is committed to developing his skills further, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks undertaken.

Dimitrios Daglas is a dedicated and skilled Bosun with a solid maritime background and over four years of yachting experience on both private and charter yachts. Having worked aboard prestigious vessels such as the 133-meter M/Y Al Mirqab and the 42-meter M/Y Jaan, Dimitrios has developed strong technical knowledge, a proactive attitude, and exceptional deck management skills.
With a wide range of certifications and hands-on experience, Dimitrios is proficient in tender driving, water sports operations, exterior maintenance, and guest safety protocols. His background as an HVAC technician and a certified scuba diver further enhances his versatility on board.
In addition to his maritime qualifications, Dimitrios has worked as a ski instructor, demonstrating his adaptable and adventurous spirit. He is now looking forward to bringing his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and passion for the sea into a Bosun role on a professional and dynamic yacht.
