In 2007 David made the commitment to leave NYC for Florida to pursue a new career in Yachting. David took advantage of every opportunity he could to help in his upward success in yachting. With proper schooling and hands on training David is now a certified captain and an accomplished navigator. His technical training is complimented by his hard work ethic and his easy-going demeanor.

A talented chef with a passion for globally inspired cuisine, Chef Gary brings more than a decade of yachting experience aboard M/Y MISS STEPHANIE. He combines world-class training, extensive international exposure, and a calm, confident presence in the galley.

Before entering yachting, Gary built a strong foundation in four- and five-star hotels and a high-volume catering company. He can prepare a diverse range of cuisines including Indian, Greek, and African. Prior to this, he spent nearly two years refining his craft in Modern French Fusion cuisine, eventually earning the role of Head Chef at the NH Plattenberg Hotel.

Since transitioning to the yachting industry, Chef Gary has been aboard yachts ranging from 90' to 164’, earning an exceptional reputation and excellent reviews. His notable roles include time aboard 108' M/Y BEACHFRONT, 112' M/Y SECOND LOVE, and 122' M/Y ANDIAMO.

Gary specializes in high-end menus, meticulously tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs. From refined tasting menus to comfort classics, and from complex restrictions to adventurous palates, he can accommodate any diet or culinary style with ease. With his well-rounded background, creativity, and guest-focused approach, Chef Gary ensures every meal is memorable—elevating the onboard experience one plate at a time.

Nikita is an experienced and versatile Chief Stewardess who brings a warm, welcoming energy to every yacht she steps aboard. With extensive interior experience, she’s confident in all areas of service—from fine dining and mixology to detailed housekeeping and laundry care. She takes pride in maintaining high standards while creating a relaxed, positive atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home.

Known for her friendly and adaptable nature, Nikita thrives in dynamic environments and is always eager to keep learning and growing. She leads by example, ensuring every corner of the vessel is immaculate and that each guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Outside of yachting, Nikita enjoys creating content, reading, exploring new destinations, and staying active through sports, meditation, and Pilates. She also loves studying new languages and experimenting in the kitchen whenever she gets the chance.

When not onboard, Kendall enjoys water sports such as diving and sailing, traveling, cooking, Pilates, and spending time with her two border collies.



First Officer - Alex MacPherson

Description:

Hailing from the Canadian maritime province of Prince Edward Island, Alex has spent most of his life in and around the water. At a young age, he developed a strong enthusiasm for sailing, leading to many years of competitive sailing throughout eastern Canada.

Alex discovered yachting and naturally was thrilled to build a career focused on his passion. His first position was on board a 32m sailing yacht, travelling from Newfoundland to Bahamas. It was a truly spectacular experience, and from that moment on he was hooked. Throughout Alex’s career, spanning over 15 years, he has been fortunate to cruise some of the most beautiful waters in the world, such as the French and Italian Rivieras, the Amalfi Coast, Caribbean Sea, and Bahamas, to name a few.

Being a part of creating lifelong memories and experiences for guests on board M/Y “Miss Stephanie” in incredible destinations has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his career. Guests will not feel shy with Alex’s warm personality and ability to make all laugh


Chief Engineer - Enrique Munez

Enrique was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, where he grew up with his parents. In 2013, he graduated as a naval mechanical engineer at the Merchant Marine Academy. He started his career on offshore vessels in the Gulf of Mexico, and three years ago, he transitioned to the yachting industry, where he has been able to enhance his skills and knowledge.

Enrique is a responsible, kind, and motivated individual who enjoys developing his interpersonal skills. When at home, he loves spending time with his family. His hobbies include running, playing volleyball, and he is currently learning diving.


Bosun - Ethan Coetzer

Ethan has long embraced an active lifestyle and has now fully devoted himself to the yachting industry. Originating from South Africa, he commenced his racing journey at the age of three and gradually pursued it professionally, accumulating numerous race wins over the years. KJ Binedell, born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1999, finished school in 2017. He then pursued a business degree at Stellenbosch University, specializing in Marketing. In 2022, he relocated from his hometown of Cape Town to the United States to venture into a career in yachting.

KJ is deeply passionate about wildlife, open-water surfing, wildlife conservation, and fishing. During his free time, he explores new regions to satisfy his curiosity for learning. ¿Cómo funciona el contrato de chárter?

El contrato se firma directamente entre el Armador y el Cliente, con el apoyo del bróker. Normalmente se basa en el modelo contractual internacional MYBA, diseñado para garantizar una protección clara y equilibrada para ambas partes.
También está prevista la figura del Stakeholder, responsable de custodiar los fondos de forma segura hasta la finalización del chárter.

¿Qué incluye la tarifa de chárter?

La tarifa base incluye el alquiler del yate, el uso del equipamiento a bordo, la presencia de la tripulación y la correspondiente cobertura de seguro.
Quedan excluidos los gastos operativos como combustible, provisiones, tasas de puerto, bebidas y actividades adicionales, que se gestionan a través del APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

La lista exacta de lo que está incluido o no será confirmada en el momento de seleccionar el yate.

¿Qué es el APA y cómo funciona?

El APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) es un fondo anticipado, normalmente equivalente al 25–35% del precio del chárter, destinado a cubrir los gastos operativos: combustible, provisiones, tasas de puerto, actividades de pago, bebidas y solicitudes personalizadas de los huéspedes.

Al finalizar la travesía, el Capitán entrega un informe detallado de los gastos. Los importes no utilizados se reembolsan al cliente, mientras que cualquier exceso se liquida al cierre del chárter.

¿Cuáles son las condiciones de pago?

Al firmar el contrato se requiere un pago del 50% del importe total.
El saldo — que incluye el APA, impuestos y posibles cargos adicionales — suele solicitarse aproximadamente cinco semanas antes del embarque (según el armador).
Los pagos se realizan mediante transferencia bancaria, el método estándar en el sector del chárter de lujo.

¿Puedo cancelar una reserva?

Sí, es posible cancelar, pero se aplican las condiciones previstas en el contrato.
En general, si el cliente renuncia, el Armador retiene los depósitos ya abonados.

Si la embarcación se vuelve a alquilar para el mismo período, el Armador reembolsa la cantidad recuperada, descontando las comisiones correspondientes.

Cada solicitud de cancelación se gestiona con la máxima transparencia.

Para la temporada alta (Mediterráneo: junio–septiembre; Caribe: diciembre–abril), se recomienda reservar con varios meses de antelación para garantizar las mejores opciones disponibles.
También gestionamos solicitudes de última hora, siempre que la disponibilidad y los requisitos de licencia lo permitan.

¿Es posible personalizar el menú, las preferencias y las actividades?

Por supuesto. Antes de la salida recibirás un Preference Sheet, en el que podrás indicar tus gustos, necesidades alimentarias, alergias, preferencias de bebidas y las actividades que deseas realizar.
El Chef y el Capitán utilizarán esta información para crear una experiencia completamente a medida.

¿Cuántas personas pueden alojarse a bordo?

La mayoría de las embarcaciones puede albergar entre 6 y 12 huéspedes, según su configuración interior.
Algunos superyates de más de 80 metros, conformes a las certificaciones internacionales, pueden alojar hasta 36 personas.

¿Tendré conexión a Internet durante el chárter?

La mayoría de las embarcaciones ofrece Wi-Fi a bordo, a través de redes móviles o sistemas satelitales. La calidad y la velocidad del servicio pueden variar según la zona de navegación y la tecnología instalada.

¿Está prevista una propina para la tripulación?

La propina no es obligatoria, pero es una práctica habitual para expresar agradecimiento por el trabajo de la tripulación.
Las directrices internacionales toman como referencia un importe equivalente al 10–15% de la tarifa base del chárter.
