Meet Jason, an experienced American seafarer boasting 25 years of maritime expertise. He embarked on his maritime journey from the tropical realms of Maui, Hawaii, and navigated the vast Pacific on a 54m vessel, voyaging to Hong Kong, exploring the northern Pacific, including Alaska and Hawaii, before returning to Hong Kong and eventually sailing all the way to France. Since 2000, he has made France his base and extensively explored the entire Mediterranean, leaving no stone unturned. Serving as the Captain aboard ONLY NOW, Jason is dedicated to fulfilling all your unique requests and requirements. Chef Serdar’s culinary journey began at the age of 17, working in esteemed restaurants and hotels. Since 2007, he has honed his culinary expertise on both sail and motor yachts. Joining ONLY NOW in May 2018, he brings a wealth of knowledge in both traditional Mediterranean and Asian cuisines to the table – delivering a fusion of flavours throughout the charter. Serdar is passionate about infusing creativity into classic recipes, exploring innovative methods while upholding the essence of time-honoured dishes. His dedication to style and presentation elevates every dining experience onboard. Outside the galley, he cherishes family time.
Christian Olsen | Engineer
Meet Chris, our dynamic Danish engineer, whose passion for engines ignited at a tender age. From his first ATV at 4 years old, to 8 years as a certified welder and steelworker, Chris then pursued a Bachelor's in Technology Management and Marine Engineering. Originally eyeing project management, fate led him to the enchanting world of yachting. Chris' engineering prowess has graced everything from motorbikes to high-performance cars, explorer yachts, classic marvels, and pristine white vessels.
Maggie Beylevld | Chief Stewardess
Maggie, your Chief Stewardess onboard, brings with her a decade of valuable experience in the service industry. With a global work history spanning countries such as Saudi Arabia, America, South Africa, and Italy, she has honed her skills in interacting with diverse cultures and people. Growing up by the ocean, Maggie developed a profound love for all things water-related. Her upbringing, with a Captain as her father, naturally steered her towards her current profession. Maggie is a positive, outgoing individual with an innate curiosity for solving puzzles, whether they are physical challenges or figurative problems. Her cheerful demeanour and eagerness to engage with guests ensure that service with a smile is always guaranteed.
Carli Arangies | Stewardess
Carli is our vibrant 2nd Stewardess. Hailing from a background as an au pair in the States and an assistant manager at a South African wine farm, Carli is a melody of positive vibes and cultural curiosity.
Growing up with a brother passionate about fishing, Carli's childhood was filled with on-the-water adventures, sparking a profound love for the sea. Her love for meeting new people and immersing herself in various cultures is palpable, making her the perfect crew member for your luxury yacht charter. Beyond her professional background, Carli's heart beats to the rhythm of music, and playing her guitar.
