Captain Panos has many years of experience in the yachting industry, commencing his service at sea as 2nd Officer, and moving his way up to Captain. He is a very dedicated and hardworking individual, highly qualified in all areas from navigation and maritime communication to safety and First Aid. Your safety and that of your guests will at all times be Captain Panagiotis’s priority. You’ll find him approachable and friendly, his manners enable the charterer and guests to feel at ease and will create the ideal atmosphere for them to enjoy the best charter experience. A natural leader confident and professional that leads and trains his crew to provide the highest level of service. When Panagiotis is not in command, he spends his spare time enjoying water sports, motocross, and reading. Apart from Greek, he speaks fluent English. Nikos is an experienced deck Officer with over 11 years of seagoing service, including 6 years as Second Officer on commercial vessels and 5 years as Captain on smaller charter and private yachts. Holds full STCW certifications with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and crew management. Proven ability to ensure smooth and secure vessel operations while delivering exceptional experiences to guests. Combines solid navigational skills with a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring both safety and satisfaction at sea.
Chief Engineer: Nikolaos Bakokilias

Nikolaos, a certified naval engineer since 2004, graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete. With more than 10 years of experience on both ocean vessels and charter yachts, he's dedicated to his career. Married with two children, he enjoys cinematography, literature, traveling, and actively plays football in an amateur club.

Chef: Dimitris Paidis

Hailing from Greece and a graduate of the prestigious Le Monde Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies, Dimitris began his culinary journey in some of Athens' most renowned restaurants before joining the yachting industry in 2017. With a solid background in culinary arts, he specializes in a variety of cuisines, placing great emphasis on the use of top-quality local ingredients. He has enhanced his expertise through specialized training in Italian cuisine, sushi, and molecular gastronomy. Known for his approachable yet independent nature, Dimitris is dedicated to exceeding guests' expectations by delivering memorable dining experiences on board. His talent and commitment have been recognized with multiple awards at the Mediterranean Yacht Show Chef’s Competition, including 2nd place in the Platinum category in 2017, 3rd place in 2023, and 2nd place in 2024.

Chief Stewardess: Georgia Papoutsidi

Born in 1984, Georgia brings a rich multicultural background to M/Y Lady G II, having lived in several countries before making Greece her home in 2003. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, she transitioned into the yachting world in 2015, driven by her deep passion for the sea and commitment to exceptional service. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership, and warm, professional demeanour make her an invaluable asset to the crew and a key figure in delivering a seamless guest experience. In addition to her professional credentials, Georgia is a certified aromatherapist and a dedicated practitioner of yoga and face yoga—skills that enhance her holistic approach to guest care and wellbeing onboard. Outside of yachting, she is also deeply committed to animal welfare, regularly volunteering her time to support stray rescue efforts.

2nd Stewardess: Vasiliki Anagnostopoulou

Vasiliki is a confident and well-organized Second Stewardess with proven experience in the yachting industry. She has worked aboard private and charter motor yachts up to 45 meters, taking on both guest service and operational roles, including sailor duties, provisioning, and interior management. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction make her a strong presence on board. Her time aboard warships and at the Headquarters Fleet Operation Center has shaped her into a team player with excellent coordination and leadership abilities. —ensuring a smooth, professional, and guest-focused onboard atmosphere. Fluent in Greek and English, and conversational in Turkish and French, she is adaptable, motivated, and committed to delivering high standards in every aspect of her role.

Katerina serves as the 3rd Stewardess aboard M/Y Lady G II, bringing a strong background in hospitality and customer service. With prior experience in various front-line roles, including managerial positions in cafés and retail, she is known for her professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail. Katerina is currently pursuing a BSc in Shipping Management, complementing her technical and service-oriented skillset. Her friendly demeanor, commitment to teamwork, and quick learning ability make her a valuable asset to the crew.
Deckhand: Vasilis Mavroeidis

Bill, a dedicated and positive individual with a background in aircraft engineering and service in the Army Special Forces, brings a wealth of experience to his role as a deckhand aboard Lady G II. Kostas began his career at sea in 2017 and holds both a Skipper Class C license and a speedboat license. With over 8 years of hands-on experience aboard various yachts, he brings a strong skill set and dependable presence to the crew of M/Y Lady G II. Kostas is known for his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude, making him a highly valued member of the team. He is fluent in both English and Greek. Outside of his duties on board, Kostas enjoys travelling, swimming, and staying active through sports. He is married and a proud father of two.
