His culinary journey also includes serving as a Culinary Arts Instructor, further solidifying his expertise in the kitchen. A passionate member of the Chef Club Athens, Charalambos has honed a diverse range of skills, specializing in Mediterranean, Argentinian, Mexican, and German cuisines, with a particular expertise in fish dishes.
