Blue Horizon is a Dufour Catamaran built in 2020, available for charter in the Ionian Islands.

She can accommodate 10 people on board. There are four queen beds with ensuites and one Pullman cabin suitable for children or teenagers, which is also ensuite. All the equipment onboard is new; there is a 10-HP tender for water sports; and multiple sunbathing decks, including the spacious flybridge.

Waking up with the perfect view out of the big windows creates a special atmosphere in each cabin. The crew also offers full cabin service, including linen changes, turn-down, and towel replacement.

Blue Horizon is your perfect charter option—an original model with a stylish design. The yacht is equipped with four queen-sized cabins, all with en-suite facilities and AC, and is ideal for relaxing in privacy and socializing on board.

The cockpit area is very spacious, and up to 10 people can be seated easily for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Or do you prefer an evening dance? The lights will be dimmed, and the party is going to start.



RATES 2026:

High Season: €14,900 per week (July/August)
Mid-Season: €13,900 per week (June or September)
Low Season: €13,500 (October–May)

Plus, all expenses (V.A.T. 12% and APA 25%)


The yacht is offered exclusively with two crew members: a skipper and a hostess. She operates on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Preveza/Preveza and Embarkation at 17:00 p.m., disembarkation at 09:00 am

**Hostess’ responsibilities: She prepares breakfast and lunch on a daily basis, and she is also responsible for keeping the common areas of the yacht clean.

**Plus: The applicable VAT at the time of charter is 12%. The VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the part of the broker, the stakeholder, or the owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in the total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the charterer.

FYI, clients must arrive back at base the day before the end of their charter. Latest at 18:00 PM for check-out procedures (refuel, diver's check, etc.). They have a free overnight, & they can disembark the yacht the next day at 09:00 AM.

Location Details: By plane: Preveza-Aktio Airport (PVK) is located only 8 km from Preveza Marina. There are daily flights from many European cities from April through October and daily flights from Athens International Airport (ATH).

By car: Access to the Preveza can be achieved via the existing national road. The underwater tunnel Aktio-Preveza can assure a faster connection between Aetoloakarnania and southern Greece with the coastline zone of the counties of Preveza-Thesprotia.

Embarkation time is at 5 p.m. and disembarkation time is at 9 a.m. All yachts should be
back at base the day before the end of the charter contract, latest at 6 p.m.

The amount of time required for check-in and check-out procedures is considered to be part of the
charter period and your actual presence is required.

Cancellation policy:

Bookings are canceled 35 days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee is withheld.
Bookings canceled less than 35 days prior to embarkation have 100% of the total charter fee is withheld.

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
