2025 Charter Rates:
High Season Rate (July & August): 30,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid Season Rate (June & September): 26,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season Rate (Rest months): 22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
V.A.T 12% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 25% of the charter fee not included in the rates.

Catamarans up to 52 ft: Cyclades (1000 EUR) *
Catamarans 55ft and up: Cyclades (1500 EUR) *
Catamarans 80 ft, Motor yachts and power catamarans according to fuel consumption
* Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day ( one way)

Delivery fees will be shared between charters and be used as Handling Fees:
Yachts up to 52 ft: 1000 EUR (will be shared between two charters 500/500)
Yachts 55ft and up: 1500 EUR (will be shared between two charters 750/750)

Andreas is a young and energetic Captain, born in 1994 in the Caribbean Island of the Dominican Republic. Because of his multi culture background, Andreas speaks Greek, English and Spanish fluently and appreciates the different cultures he encounters. He fell in love with the open seas as a teenager and what started as a hobby, soon became a profession. He gladly accepts new challenges, is hard-working and responsible. His friendly character and attention to safety will undoubtedly ensure guests an unforgettable sailing experience onboard. He loves to interact with his guests and show them the beauty of the Greek islands but will also be discrete when needed. He has done many boat deliveries and has worked as a freelance skipper for different charter companies. When he is not sailing, he likes to travel, scuba dive and spend time with friends and family.

Born in 1988, Elena grew up in Piraeus and graduated with a degree in Financial and Banking Management from the University of Piraeus. She pursued her passion for culinary arts at LE MONDE Chef School, graduating in 2017, and further honed her skills at FERRANDI Culinary School in Paris in 2018.
Elena is a professional chef known for her ability to create both extravagant gastronomic experiences and simple, heavenly dishes. She has extensive experience working on various catamarans and motor yachts, including the Mystique Lagoon 500, Summer Star Lagoon 52, and Moya Lagoon 560, where she consistently received excellent guest feedback for her culinary creations and service.
In her free time, Elena volunteers with the Hellenic Red Cross Samaritans, Rescuers, and Lifeguards, and holds a First Aid license. She loves working with children and has spent summers at children’s camps. Elena is also passionate about music, holding diplomas in piano and vocals, and enjoys skiing during the winter. She often spends her free time experimenting with new recipes.
Elena is dedicated to tailoring her menus to the personal preferences of her guests, making her a warm and welcoming host.
She speaks: Greek (native), English (fluent) and Russian (fluent).

Deckhand: George Goulias
George is 21 years old, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering and speaks fluent English. Originating from a Greek island in the Aegean, he has been passionate with the sea ever since he was a child. He started sailing as a teenager and has never looked back since. George is hardworking, eager to help, easily adaptable to any situation and a pleasure to be around.

Questions & Answers

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
