CAPTAIN // COREY ALEXANDER HUTTERLI
I have served as captain on numerous boats for many years. My contagious passion for motor yachts is palpable to others! This vessel boasts state-of-the-art features, ensuring guests experience a luxurious 5-star hotel ambiance even in the heart of the ocean. Florida has been my lifelong home, granting me intimate knowledge of its hidden gems, bridges, and nightlife hotspots. Additionally, I have navigated waters along the East Coast, including Maryland, Nantucket, the Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas (Abacos, Berry Islands, Exumas), and the waters of Florida. Rest assured, no waters hold secrets from me. During my downtime, I enjoy relaxing with friends, fishing in the Everglades, and cherishing moments with family. Exploring local destinations is another passion of mine, and I'm excited to share these experiences with you when we're out and about.

CHEF // MICKAËL ST-MARTIN
My journey began humbly at the age of 15, working as a dishwasher in a kitchen. Through perseverance, I had the opportunity to work in Montreal’s finest gastronomic restaurants, where I specialized in French cuisine. After years of experience and learning from renowned chefs, I refined my art and expertise. Being enthusiastic about travelling, I decided to share my talents as a private chef. I particularly enjoy exploring flavors from around the world to incorporate into my creations. By combining my love for French cuisine with local and seasonal ingredients, I create unique and memorable culinary experiences. I’m also a musician who loves to play blues…As I remain true to my modest roots, I’m convinced that food and music are universal languages both capable of bringing people together. It's a pleasure for me to share my passions with those who appreciate culinary creations and soulful rhythms.

FIRST OFFICER/ENGINEER // JIM TRAN
Versatile, I've dabbled in various roles, making me a highly adaptable first mate. With a knack for fixing things in seconds, earning the title of "magic hands" from the chef, I've journeyed from waiter to bartender, adept at assisting with service. My stint as a photographer means I'm game for capturing stunning drone shots if you're interested! Before delving into the yachting world, I honed my skills fixing high-end exotic cars, solidifying my reputation as a handy individual. From motor yachts in beautiful Old Montreal to Miami, my boundless passion for understanding boats makes me an invaluable asset to the captain. With a background in engineering, I can lend a hand with maintenance tasks and oversee the water toys, including jet skis, sea bobs, and e-foils. My meticulous attention to detail allows me to anticipate and exceed people's expectations. My palpable joy for being on a motor yacht ensures an exceptional experience for all on board. I look forward to assisting in coordinating your needs and desires with the captain, chef, and stewards.

STEWARDESS // LÉA TREMBLAY
Growing up as the daughter of a chief engineer, mega yachts have been my fascination since childhood. Life on the water is not just a lifestyle; it’s a cherished part of my identity. My infectious passion for yachts is evident to all who meet me. Being part of the crew on our family boat instilled in me invaluable experience. Working within my father's yacht management company from a young age sharpened my ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. Moreover, my time in the restaurant industry, alongside a cohesive team, honed my autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork. We strived for excellence, drawing from our collective experience, including training in five-star hotel housekeeping. With a blend of dedication, passion for travel, and adept time management skills, I am committed to ensuring every adventure surpasses expectations. Smooth sailing is not just a goal; it's a guarantee, as I prioritize your every need with care and precision.

DECKHAND/STEW // ISABEL (IZZI) MROZ
Passionate about the outdoors, having grown up in Colorado, I've become well-versed in nature's secrets. Recently, I made the move to Fort Lauderdale to chase my dream of becoming a Red Bull cliff diver. With water being my sanctuary, transitioning into a deckhand role felt like second nature. Along my journey in Florida, I've had diverse experiences working on catamarans, power yachts, participating in boat shows, and managing marinas. Completing my STCW crew certificate has solidified my role as an enthusiastic deckhand. The salt life is ingrained in me, and I find immense joy in sharing those special moments at sea while effortlessly attending to guests' needs. Outside of work, I'm a certified diver trainer, often training in pools for 20-meter dives and more. I also indulge in surfing, snorkeling, hiking, and skiing. My fervor for sports and boats ensures your journey will be nothing short of memorable.

Questions & Answers

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.
Further details on the applicable policies are available upon direct request.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

BeBlue evaluates the destination, number of guests, personal preferences, and budget to select the most suitable option for you.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
