IMD Business School: Sailing for Leadership with BeBlue Sailing

From September 13 to 15, 2024, the IMD Business School chose Italian waters for a dynamic team-building experience, organized with the support of BeBlue Sailing.
A group of 70 participants embarked for three days, transforming the sea into an exceptional open-air classroom. The goal: to hone leadership and collaboration skills through the unifying power of sailing.
The program saw crews engaged in intense "free sailing" sessions, testing their teamwork and communication skills. Among the memorable stops were shared dinners, ideal moments for networking and exchange. Lunches at anchor completed the experience, offering refreshing breaks in the heart of nature.
