From May 16 to 18, 2025, SDA Bocconi experienced an unforgettable team building event on the open sea, supported by the organization of BeBlue Sailing.
The event saw the participation of a significant group, consisting of about 150 people, distributed across a fleet of 17 boats. A distinctive aspect of this initiative was the active role of SDA Bocconi, with the skippers of all the boats coming directly from the faculty, bringing their experience on board and strengthening the bond with the participants.
During the three days, in addition to sailing and training activities focused on leadership and collaboration, a highlight was a non-competitive regatta, or "white sails". This activity allowed all crews to engage in a playful way, applying the teamwork skills learned in a dynamic and fun context, without the pressure of competitive racing but with the thrill of challenge and interaction at sea.
The unique environment of the sailing boat is confirmed as an ideal setting to stimulate effective communication, mutual trust, and overall team building. For the participants of SDA Bocconi, it was a valuable opportunity to strengthen bonds and refine crucial skills in a stimulating and highly experiential context.
