Comfort Pack 900 EUR / charter:
- includes - Tourist tax and Transit log - cleaning of the boat outside/inside, gas, underwater inspection, crew list, bed linen, 2 pc. towels/person, 1 pc. beach towel/person, 1 pc. bath mat/bathroom, 1 pc. blanket/person, bed linen and towels laundry, toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathrooms, coffee capsules, sponge for dishes, dishwashing detergents, big and small trash bags, dish towels and paper towels in the kitchen.

Skipper 2000 EUR / week:
- Driving the catamaran and dingy, responsible for the crew, making reservations in the restaurants, planning the itinerary with clients. Skipper is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Skipper is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the skipper on the first day of the Charter or before on his company IBAN. Skipper requires own cabin. Clients are taking care of skipper food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter.

Hostess 1500 EUR / week:
- Prepare breakfast and small lunch, shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran and helping the skipper with docking/starting the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients. Hostess is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Hostess is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the hostess on the first day of the Charter or before on her company IBAN. Hostess require their own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of hostess food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) 6000 EUR:
- Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA): Fund board serving to cover the costs of requested supplies, port and mooring charges, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depending on your particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Skipper will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of your charter you will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs were spent. APA is not an all-inclusive package. APA is a credit which can be spent to zero with demanding clients in 2-3 days and need to be recharged by the clients. For demanding clients we suggest to upgrade APA to double.

CREW is not registered in Croatia VAT system and listed priced are without 25% CRO VAT.
Charter company is only service intermediary. We recommend to Agencies / Clients to pay crew services directly, which is much cheaper for the clients.

OPTION NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC CHARTER PRICE:

Hostess/Cook 1700 EUR / week:
- Prepare breakfast, small lunch and dinner (maximum 3 dinners, for more can individually clients agree with the crew), shopping groceries, washing dishes, cleaning the catamaran and helping the skipper with docking/start the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients. Hostess is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Hostess is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the hostess on the first day of the Charter or before on her company IBAN. Hostess require their own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of hostess food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter.

Chef 2000 EUR / week:
- Full board cooking (maximum 6 - breakfast, lunch and dinners), including special Seafood and Mediterranean menu, shopping groceries, washing dishes, helping the skipper with docking/starting the catamaran, planning and provisioning of food and drinks for the beginning of the charter. Maximum for 8 clients. Chef is a professional permanent crew on the catamaran, with a season contract. Chef is an external service provider (charter company is only service intermediary), direct billing to the chef on the first day of Charter or before on her/his company IBAN. Chef requires own cabin/front-peak. Clients are taking care of chef food and non alcohol drinks during the entire charter. Our chefs are usually ladies/gentlemens with 5+ years cooking experience on crewed charter catamarans.

Physiotherapist 1500 EUR / week:
- Package include max. 8 massages / day, during 7 days. One massage is 60 minut. Clients can choose from this massages - Acupressure massage, Sports massage, Breuss massage, Relaxing and Anti-stress massage, Soft techniques and Myofascial massage, Bamboo massage, Manual lymph drainage full body massage, Anti-cellulite massage, Honey detoxification massage, Reflex back massage, Reflexology Hand massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping massage. Other type of massages, soft and relax techniques you can personally discuss with our Physiotherapist on board. He will help you not only to relax during the trip, but also he will try to help you with your body health issues. Therefore we extend our services with special exercises for our clients - Dorn method, Stabilisation and Mobilisation body system (SM System), Stretch Exercises to fix your posture and Basic Yoga positions. Clients are taking care of physiotherapist food during the entire charter.

Upgrade to Luxury Package 900 EUR / charter:
- Transport of one group from/to Split International Airport (NOT city of Split) or Parking for 2 cars/week in Marina SCT, Guaranteed preferred check-in after 14:00 (in case of unforeseen circumstances and repairs time shift as needed), Assistance with Luggage from car/taxi to the boat, Bar - 5 bottles of exclusive alcohol beverages, 4 local wines and 2x 6 pack of local beers, Extra Internet 4G LTE (data FUP 250 GB) + WiFi mobile.

Early Check in 300 EUR / charter:
- after 14:00 (in case of unforeseen circumstances and repairs time shift as needed)

One way 300 EUR / one way:
- Marina SCT - Dubrovnik. This package is ONLY for transferring the boat back to Trogir. Marina fee and fuel are not included in this package. Saba 50 - PA and Aura 51 OE and Lagoon 51 QA and Lagoon 55 LM - clients need to check out in Dubrovnik Tuesday morning at 8:00 am. Saba 50 - RC and Aura 51 NEW and Lagoon 46 - JS and PP - clients need to check out in Dubrovnik Friday morning at 8:00 am.

Wine Tasting 400 EUR / charter:
- selection of the best Croatian wines on the boat. Wines are from the best Croatian wine producers from Brač, Hvar and Pelješac. Package include 2 white and 5 red wines (Matuško, Korta Katarina, Stina, St. Hills and one special hidden winery).

Damir Vrbanac, born 1981 in Rijeka, Croatia where he graduated Faculty of Maritime Studies. Since a young age he developed interest for the sea and sailing. He start sailing in sailing club at age of 10, and progress through different classes to professional sailor. Damir was representing Croatia on several State, European and World Championships with notable results. He started working as a professional skipper in 2004 on sailing and motor boats, catamarans, as well as sailing instructor. Damir is certified Yacht Master and holds D2 Basic Safety, GMDSS and ECDIS (STCW) certificates. With his experience as a professional skipper he gained noteworthy navigational experience, excellent communication and relationship skills to provide nice and relaxing time on board. He is fluent English speaker with excellent knowledge of Adriatic coast, history, restaurants and wine tasting routes. Damir is very patient and approachable person which makes him pleasant to be on board.
He likes to entertain kids with water toys, which we have on board, and parents likes him also very much because can fully relax as well🙂

WHAT MAKES HIM HAPPY BESIDE WORK: He is very keen to develop existing and adopt new skills, he likes to travel and establish new friendships however reading is one of his top hobbies.

Marija Bunardija, born in 1995 in Zagreb, Croatia, is a lifelong resident of the country, possessing an intimate familiarity with its diverse landscapes. In 2021, she achieved a Master's in Marketing and Communications from PVZG, Zagreb. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous personal and professional development, she also earned a cooking degree from SKMER Acmer in Split. Working as a hostess combines two of my passions: love for the sea and making sure people enjoy their vacation by sharing some interesting facts and providing delicious home cooked meals for them. Extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas for guest and crew meals. Organized, very tidy and an independent worker. In addition to that, I am very detail-oriented and able to take on and learn new tasks very quickly. My guests are extremely important to me and I always aim to make their experience travelling the Adriatic coast memorable. My extensive knowledge of the coast and communication skills are a great asset when guests ask for recommendations, whether it be local restaurants, beaches to visit or sights to see. In her own words, Marija states, "In the nautical industry, I blend my management skills, clear communication, culinary expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the Adriatic coast to curate unforgettable experiences for my guests."

Come funziona il contratto di charter?

Il contratto viene stipulato direttamente tra l’Armatore e il Cliente, con il supporto del broker. Si basa normalmente sul modello contrattuale internazionale MYBA, concepito per garantire tutele chiare e bilanciate a entrambe le parti.

È inoltre prevista la figura dello Stakeholder, responsabile della custodia sicura dei fondi fino alla conclusione del charter.

Cosa è incluso nella tariffa del charter?

La tariffa base comprende il noleggio dell’imbarcazione, l’utilizzo delle dotazioni di bordo, la presenza dell’equipaggio e la relativa copertura assicurativa.
Restano escluse le spese operative come carburante, cambusa, porti, bevande e attività aggiuntive, che vengono gestite tramite APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

L’elenco preciso di ciò che è incluso o escluso sarà confermato al momento della selezione dello yacht.

Cos’è l’APA e come funziona?

L’APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) è un fondo anticipato, di norma pari al 25–35% del canone di charter, destinato alla copertura delle spese operative: carburante, provisioning, porti, attività a pagamento, bevande e richieste personalizzate degli ospiti.

Al termine della crociera, il Comandante fornisce un rendiconto dettagliato delle uscite. Eventuali importi non utilizzati vengono rimborsati al cliente, mentre eventuali eccedenze vengono regolate direttamente al momento della chiusura del charter.

Quali sono le modalità di pagamento?

Alla firma del contratto è previsto il versamento del 50% dell’importo totale.
Il saldo, comprensivo di APA, tasse e eventuali oneri aggiuntivi, viene richiesto circa cinque settimane prima dell’imbarco. (a seconda dell'armatore)
I pagamenti vengono effettuati tramite bonifico bancario, che rappresenta lo standard operativo nel settore del charter di lusso.

Posso annullare una prenotazione?

Sì, è possibile cancellare, ma si applicano le clausole previste dal contratto.
In linea generale, in caso di rinuncia da parte del cliente, l’Armatore trattiene i depositi già versati.

Qualora l’imbarcazione venga riaffittata per lo stesso periodo, l’Armatore rimborsa l’importo recuperato, al netto delle relative commissioni.

Ogni richiesta di cancellazione viene gestita con la massima trasparenza. Ulteriori dettagli sulle politiche applicate sono disponibili contattandoci direttamente.

Come individuare lo yacht più adatto alle mie esigenze?

La scelta dipende principalmente dal tipo di esperienza che desideri vivere:

Motor yacht per il massimo comfort, grande stabilità e trasferimenti rapidi.
Sailing yacht per un’esperienza autentica, silenziosa e legata alla tradizione della navigazione.
Catamarano per ampi spazi, stabilità superiore e maggiore privacy.

Quanto tempo prima è consigliabile prenotare?

Per l’alta stagione (Mediterraneo: giugno–settembre; Caraibi: dicembre–aprile) è consigliabile prenotare con diversi mesi di anticipo, così da assicurarsi le migliori opzioni disponibili.
Gestiamo comunque anche richieste last-minute, compatibilmente con disponibilità e requisiti di licenza.

È possibile personalizzare menu, preferenze e attività?

Certamente, prima della partenza riceverai un Preference Sheet in cui potrai indicare gusti, esigenze alimentari, allergie, preferenze per bevande e attività che desideri svolgere.
Lo Chef e il Comandante utilizzeranno queste informazioni per costruire un’esperienza completamente su misura.

Quante persone possono essere ospitate a bordo?

La maggior parte delle imbarcazioni può accogliere da 6 a 12 ospiti, a seconda della configurazione interna.
Alcuni superyacht oltre gli 80 metri, conformi alle certificazioni internazionali, possono ospitare fino a 36 persone.

Sarò connesso a Internet durante il charter?

La maggior parte delle imbarcazioni offre connessione Wi-Fi a bordo, tramite rete mobile o sistemi satellitari. La qualità e la velocità del servizio possono variare in base all’area di navigazione e alla tecnologia installata.

È previsto lasciare una mancia all’equipaggio?

La mancia non è obbligatoria, ma rappresenta una consuetudine consolidata per esprimere apprezzamento al lavoro della crew.
Le linee guida internazionali indicano come riferimento un importo pari al 10–15% del canone base.
