BeBlue accepts online and mobile payments with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and prepaid cards), Apple Pay, AliPay and 3d Secure payments by Visa. We also accept payments made via bank transfer and at our BeBlue offices.
Variations in prices and in the availability of published offers
The offers for sale of tours proposed by BeBlue.it and on the websites owned by BeBlue S.r.l., regulated by the conditions of sale, are usually valid as long as they are present in the website, until there are no more places available, and may be subject to real-time variations. The pictures appearing in the descriptions are purely illustrative and have no contractual value.

Use of the website contents
The website should be restricted to the use of the services. The customers expressly recognize that all intellectual property rights, protected by copyright regulations (Section IX of book V of the Italian Civil Code, articles 2575-2594 of the Civil Code, as well as Law no. 633 of April 22, 1941, as amended by Law no. 248 of August 18, 2000 and subsequent supplements) or by other regulations among which, by way of example and without limitation, know-how, source code, software, hardware, projects, applications, patents, trade secrets, formulas, algorithms, models, data banks and alike, trademarks and distinctive signs of the website or any part thereof (logos, icons, etc.), regarding the services, the website, data and other materials provided by BeBlue or anyway made available to users by BeBlue through the website or pursuant to the General Conditions, are exclusive property of BeBlue, which grants the users a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license for the use of the services on a single computer, in accordance with the General Conditions and exclusively for the time of effectiveness of the relevant contract. In any case, it remains understood that the users are forbidden to copy, modify, sell, transfer, sublicense, grant or transfer to third parties or create derivative works derived from any right of BeBlue; similarly, they cannot allow third parties to use their own computer to do so, and are responsible even if they are unaware of this usage.
