Captain Panagiotis was born in 1981 and he is a Greek national. A licensed Captain Class A’ since 2020, Panagiotis holds advanced certifications (including firefighting, medical care, and rescue operations) and is trained in ECDIS and bridge resource management. He is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in both commercial ships and luxury yachts, bringing over a decade of leadership at sea and in-depth knowledge of the Greek coastline, hidden coves, and secluded gulfs. Prior to Dream B, he successfully commanded several high-profile yachts including M/Y Camelia (40m), M/Y Ricardo (35m), M/Y Zen (30m) and managing all operations with precision and professionalism. His calm leadership, safety-first mindset, and deep familiarity with the Greek islands make him an ideal leader for tailored, smooth, and unforgettable charters. Panagiotis ensures an exceptional onboard experience for all guests onboard M/Y Dream B. He speaks English and at his free time he enjoys sports.


Engineer : Stavros Bampai
Stavros was born in 1988 in Greece and he is a Class A’ Engineer with over 15 years of experience in commercial vessels and yachts. Since 2022, he has been serving as Engineer on M/Y Dream B, responsible for the yacht’s technical operations, maintenance, and safety systems. He has many certifications, including Oil/Chemical Tanker Training, Firefighting, Life-Saving Appliances, Ro-Ro Passenger Safety, and Ship Security Officer, along with a Speed Boat Operator License. His career includes engineering roles on M/Y Summer Fun, M/Y Sugar, and several Ro-Ro and bulk carrier vessels. Stavros combines strong technical expertise with reliability, ensuring seamless engine room performance and guest comfort. He speaks English.


Chef : Christos Christoforatos
Christos is a Greek national, born in 1972. He is a highly experienced and classically trained Executive Chef with an impressive career spanning over three decades in both the luxury yachting and fine dining industries. He has built a reputation for culinary excellence, precision, and creativity, with a specialization in Mediterranean, international, and gourmet cuisine. As the Chef onboard M/Y Dream B, Christos has been the yacht’s chef across multiple seasons (2021–present), delivering high-level gastronomic experiences tailored to the tastes and dietary preferences. His extensive background includes long-term chef positions on prestigious yachts such as M/Y PANDION, M/Y MADO-TALYNE, M/Y ANASSA, and M/Y PRINCE ABDUL AZIZ, where he served royalty and high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion. Christos’ culinary foundation was established through his early roles in top-tier restaurants and resorts across Greece, including the award-winning Stavento and Loxandra at the Glyfada Golf Club. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise through advanced training, including courses in molecular gastronomy in Barcelona, Mediterranean gastronomy, and high-end culinary workshops led by chefs such as Alain Ducasse. In addition to his chef qualifications, Christos holds a Class A Maritime Cook License, a Speedboat Operator Certificate, and a B-Class Captain's Diploma. He is also a certified lifeguard and rescue responder, with advanced firefighting and lifesaving training—making him a well-rounded and safety-conscious crew member. A licensed Adult Vocational Instructor, he has taught culinary arts, baking, and pastry and he is sharing his knowledge with the next generation of chefs. Fluent in English and French, with working knowledge of Arabic, he easily adapts to multicultural environments and international teams. Christos continues to bring passion, innovation, and consistency to every dish he creates onboard M/Y Dream B, offering guests a refined dining experience. He speaks English, French and basic Arabic and at his free time he enjoys traveling with his family.


Chief Stewardess : Dimitra Kyriakopoulou
Dimitra is Greek is a hospitality and maritime professional with over a decade of experience in yacht operations, luxury guest services, and event coordination, she brings exceptional organizational skills, leadership, and a guest-centric mindset to every voyage. She also holds professional certifications, including a Skipper’s license from the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club and a Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate. Fluent in English, Dimitra is an effective communicator who excels in multicultural environments. Her experience in both hospitality and administrative roles, including secretarial support and promotional planning, contributes to her holistic approach to guest services and team management. Her ability to motivate and coordinate crew members is key to maintaining Dream B's high standards. When not working, Dimitra enjoys travelling and swimming.


Stewardess : Dimitra Kassou
Dimitra, a Greek national born in 1993, is a dedicated and adaptable stewardess with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and team leadership. With a degree in Accounting and several years of experience in retail management and financial operations, she brings professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to her role onboard M/Y Dream B. Her previous work in award-winning restaurants, including Naoumidis, provided her with experience in high-end service, silver service standards, and food preparation. Fluent in Greek and English, and trained in customer service etiquette, Dimitra ensures a guest-focused atmosphere onboard. She is reliable and committed to delivering high-quality service in all areas—from housekeeping to guest relations—making her a valuable member of the Option B crew.


Deckhand : Spyros Ioannou
Spyros is Greek and he has 25 years of experience in yachting and commercial vessels. Holding a Class A’ Skipper License and all the necessary certificates, Spyros brings deep technical knowledge, deck operations expertise, and a strong commitment to safety. He has held the position of deckhand on numerous charter and private yachts including M/Y Aquila (40m), M/Y Blu Sky (28m), M/Y Dana (28m), M/Y Litto Mare (27m), and M/Y Hessa (32m), as well as earlier roles on M/Y Amon, M/Y Angel, and S/Y Summer Sampa. He speaks English and enjoys travelling.

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
