Samir is not only a young chef but also a remarkably talented one. In 2011, he participated in the Best French Apprentice competition, where he placed third. He also contributed to the inaugural season of a French television program dedicated to recruiting young culinary talent. Samir trained at ‘La table Saint Crescent’, a Michelin-starred restaurant. Since then, he has held various positions, including chef, sous-chef, private chef, and co-owner of a chalet where he managed the restaurant team. Recently, Samir has joined the yachting industry in search of new challenges. Creative, cheerful, and dynamic, he delights in offering guests surprising flavors and textures, ensuring they never experience the same dish twice. His culinary style is rooted in French cuisine, with his signature dish being a potato cream accompanied by a cauliflower pie with peanut and citrus.

When Samir is not on board, he enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring different wines.


First Officer: Titouan Plaquin

Titouan joined the yachting industry 4 years ago, as Deckhand on M/Y SEA BREEZE ONE 32m, M/Y KOLAHA 65m and since last year as Chief Mate on M/Y CAPPUCCINO 35m, and on M/Y AMORE JULIA 38m.

He’s diligent, well-organized, reactive, and always brings a cheerful energy to the team. He has also many certifications in the medical, and firefighting fields to ensure the safety of the guests on board. With Titouan assisting in operations, navigation, and mechanical tasks, guests are assured a safe and smooth experience onboard.
When Titouan is not on board he likes spearfishing, surfing, and playing rugby.


Chief Stewardess: Margarita Velos

After 6 years of experience in hospitality at the prestigious Negresco Palace where she developed a strong foundation in luxury service, Margarita joined the yachting industry in 2019, as 2nd Stewardess on M/Y CORNELIA (34m) for 2 seasons, May 2019 to October 2020. Then Chief Stewardess on M/Y ARSANA (30m) for 2 seasons, April 2021 to October 2022, and from April 2023 to December 2024 on M/Y RAPH SEVEN I (37m) and M/Y RAPH SEVEN II (30m). Her main duties included guest services, inventory upkeep and provisioning, laundry, housekeeping, interior maintenance, budgeting and accounting, shipyard preparation.
Margarita brings a wealth of expertise in delivering exceptional service, detail-oriented, and maintaining the highest of standards. Having worked in diverse, fast-paced environments, she is adaptable, skilled in team collaboration, and consistently ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
She loves to spoil her guests by anticipating their needs, whether it is remembering their favorite drink, setting up a beautiful presented meal.
When she is not on board, she loves traveling, listening to music, hiking and walking

Stewardess: Jade Chiappi

Jade joined the Yachting Industry in 2024 after obtaining her coastal licence, and completed her STCW training. She worked during five seasons as station waiter in several establishments such as Belle Plage Hôtel, Marriot Hôtel, Marco Polo Restaurant and as butler for a Lord’s family. In addition, Jade’s experience in interior design has given her a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Those experiences enhanced her service skills and provided her a versatile skill set, essential for her development in the service industry.

Her primary focus is to serve the guests, proactively addressing their needs, fulfilling their expectations, guaranteeing they felt comfortable and well-cared throughout their stay.

Discreet, organised and meticulous, Jade has also several other strings to her bow: knowledge about wines, barista skills thanks to dedicated trainings and silver service from her previous jobs. She likes to spoil the guests by serving them improvised cocktails based on the tastes

When she is not on board, she loves traveling, dancing and creating beautiful and harmonious spaces design.

Questions & Answers

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
