Born and raised in Montreal and also a proud American, Captain Jeremy brings over a decade of yachting experience and a deep-rooted passion for the sea to his role as captain. His maritime journey began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a marine technician before transitioning to work with rotary aircraft—an experience that honed his precision, leadership, and calm under pressure.

For the past 11 years, Jeremy has captained yachts along the U.S. East Coast, Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, offering guests an unmatched depth of local knowledge and a steadfast commitment to safety and service. Fluent in both English and French, he’s known for his approachable leadership style and ability to tailor each charter to the guests’ desires.

When not at sea, Jeremy enjoys water sports, beach days, camping adventures, and time with his wife and young child. He also owns and operates Interior Technology Services, a Fort Lauderdale-based carpet cleaning company specializing in luxury yachts and estates—underscoring his attention to detail in all aspects of life.


Chief Engineer | Robbie Palazzo | American

Robbie grew up in Connecticut, where his love for the water started at a young age. A natural problem-solver with a strong work ethic, he completed the Marine Systems program at the IYRS School of Technology and Trades in Newport, Rhode Island. Since joining the yachting industry in 2018, he has served as an engineer aboard several vessels—particularly Westports—and holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton license, along with numerous other marine industry certifications.

As Chief Engineer aboard Lady JJ, Robbie ensures all systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. He’s known for his calm demeanor, technical expertise, and friendly nature, making him an invaluable member of the crew.

When he's not on board, Robbie enjoys boating, snowboarding, fishing, and hockey. He also loves spending time in Cape Cod and New Hampshire, and shares his downtime with his girlfriend and their cat, Rover.


First Mate |Andrew Baar | American

Born in South Dakota, Andrew grew up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors—spending his early years camping, fishing, hunting, and boating throughout the Midwest. A natural athlete, he competed in Division I soccer and wrestling during his time at university, where his discipline and teamwork laid a strong foundation for his career at sea.

Driven by a lifelong passion for the ocean, Andrew began his yachting journey at the age of 25. He now holds a Chief Officer 3000GT license and brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and a calm, confident presence on board.

When he's not navigating the high seas, Andrew enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with his family, and adventuring with his beloved dogs.


Chief Stewardess | Logan Spanier-Marson | American

Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Logan brings Southern charm and a polished eye for detail to her role as Chief Stewardess. Since joining the yachting industry in 2016, she has combined her background in merchandising—with a degree from the University of North Texas—with her love of travel and the outdoors to create exceptional guest experiences at sea.

A certified Dive Master, Logan is as comfortable exploring vibrant coral reefs as she is crafting an elegant table setting. Her signature five-star service, warm hospitality, and ability to whip up the perfect Texas margarita ensure guests feel both pampered and at home from the moment they step aboard.


Deckhand | Steven Cavallo | American

Originally from Pennsylvania and now a long-time Florida resident, Steve brings over four years
of hands-on yachting experience to the crew. Holding a 100-ton license, he’s well-versed in all things maritime and especially enjoys sharing his passion for fishing with guests—he’s always happy to guide a fishing session or swap stories about the one that got away.

Steve is known for his friendly, approachable nature and is always ready to lend a hand or brighten the day with a few tunes on his guitar. Off duty, he enjoys spending time with his dog and being out on the water whenever he can.

Whether he's keeping the decks spotless or helping you reel in your catch of the day, Steve is dedicated to making your time aboard relaxed, fun, and memorable.


Second Stewardess | Kera Ramsey | American

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Kera serves as Second Stewardess aboard Lady JJ, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong hospitality background to the crew. She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee and has worked extensively in the service industry as both a waitress and bartender.

Before joining the yachting world, Kera also worked as a professional event planner—organizing everything from private parties to corporate functions. This experience honed her organizational skills and ability to anticipate guest needs, making her a natural fit for high-end charter service.

When she's not working, Kera enjoys paddleboarding, snorkeling, running, reading, and
exploring new destinations. Her outgoing personality and detail-oriented nature help ensure every guest feels relaxed and well cared for from the moment they step aboard.

Accommodation: Featuring 5 guest staterooms for up to 10 guests including an on deck Master suite, two VIP cabins with King beds and two twin cabins on the lower deck.

The on deck Master stateroom has a large en suite with privacy toilet + bidet, lighted make-up mirror and large marble accent shower. Generous dressers and walk in closet for his/her and safe.

VIP staterooms are en suite with showers and toilet + bidet. Twin staterooms are en suite with showers + toilet.



The main salon and dining is socially inviting, one of pure elegance and open plan style with formal dining for 10. A remodeled, custom designed professional galley is positioned privately to portside and with side access for crew.

Further above, the skylounge has a day head, comfortable workspace/ desk and full lounge with game table.



Aft on the bridge deck is primarily a covered seating area and stows the waverunners and slide when cruising. This deck becomes more versatile for lounge chairs, bbq and features a portside service area.

Aft on the main deck, a vast welcoming space with settee, dining and crescent bar.

The sundeck is superb for sunbed lounging around the Jacuzzi, al fresco dining under cover. There is an extended removable sun shade aft where moveable chaise lounges can be repositioned as desired.

Another further lounge area, very privatized is forward of the bridge along with a great panoramic seat view if slow cruising or at anchor.

Questions & Answers

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
