The main airports to reach Kos (KGS) are Athens (ATH) and Mykonos (JMK). Direct flights from Italy depart from the airports of Rome (FCO), Bologna (BLQ), Verona (VRN), Bari (BRI), Milan (MXP), Venice (VCE), Bergamo (BGY). The island is accessible by ferry from various islands and from Athens. The boarding marina is easily reachable from Kos airport by taxi.
