A few days after completing the vacation, our guests receive via email a unique and dedicated form to share their travel experience. This form allows them to express an opinion on the purchased and enjoyed tour.
👉These reviews are then published transparently within the tour in the Guest Reviews section.
The reviews collected through this form are considered "verified" ✅ because they come directly from people who have actually used the service.
⛵ BOAT RENTAL REVIEWS
As with the TOUR area, guests who have booked a boat from the rental area receive at the end of the travel period and always via email a unique form dedicated to sharing their experience. This form allows them to express an opinion on the boat used, delving into details such as the quality of the boat, the skipper, and the satisfaction level of the owner/operator managing the boat.
👉Boat reviews are then published transparently within the profile of the used boat; additionally, owner reviews are always published transparently within all the profiles of the boats of the same owner. Boat and owner reviews are visible in the Boat Review section.
The reviews collected through this form are considered "verified" ✅ because they come directly from people who have actually used the service.
⭐ GOOGLE REVIEW REVIEWS
In addition to the verified reviews collected directly, BeBlue also presents reviews provided through the Google platform Google Review.
👉Google reviews are visible on the homepage of the bebluesailing.com site and are marked with the appropriate Google logo.
It is important to note that BeBlue does not have the ability to verify the authenticity of reviews posted on Google. Anyone can leave a review on Google, regardless of whether they have actually used our services.
Google reviews are included to provide a broader perspective, but customers should be aware that these reviews may not have undergone the same verification process as reviews collected directly by BeBlue.
✅ REVIEW VERIFICATION
BeBlue is committed to ensuring the authenticity of verified reviews through the following measures:
- Direct Post-Experience Collection: The review form submission process takes place within 72 hours after the customer has used the service, ensuring that the feedback is based on a real and recent experience (for verified reviews).
- Uniform Sending to All Customers: the emails with the review request are sent indiscriminately to all customers with a valid email and present in the booking. The link is unique for each customer.
- Association with the tour/boat: verified reviews are directly linked to the specific tour or boat, providing a clear and verifiable context.
- Monitoring and Moderation: BeBlue reserves the right to monitor and moderate verified reviews to ensure they adhere to principles of fairness and respect. Reviews with offensive, discriminatory language, threats, or incitements to hatred; irrelevant personal content or personal attacks on individuals, defamatory content, privacy violations will be removed.
- No Verification for Google: BeBlue has no control over the verification process of reviews left on Google.
- Average Rating: the average rating of verified reviews on the BeBlue site represents the mathematical average of the total reviews linked to the tour/product. The rating of Google Review reviews is generated directly by Google.
