The old windmill areas reflect the island’s traditional economic center, while deserted beaches framed by nature and plantations show its quieter side. Sant Joan is the most popular area for trekking, with scenic trails and rugged landscapes. Not to be missed is Cala Llonga, a wide bay surrounded by pine trees, perfect for families and those looking for calm waters and modern facilities. More secluded and wild is Cala des Cubells, a small beach nestled at the foot of high cliffs, ideal for those seeking peace and dramatic views.
