Day 2

Arrival at dawn at Bequia, the first island of the Grenadine archipelago. We will stop at Admiralty Bay. The crew will complete the customs formalities and then you will be able to visit the capital Port Elisabeth where you will find the image of the Queen of England everywhere, demonstrating her attachment to the former colonial power. 3

Day 3

The only village that can be reached by walking along a path that starts from the beach of the bay of Saline. It is worth visiting the cottages, bars and restaurants made of colored wood and the small stone church at the top of the hill, with a breathtaking view of the nearby islands. We will sail in the late morning for a short cruise to the famous Tobago Cays, whose islands and cliffs surround the most beautiful lagoon of the Grenadines. We will discover the enchanting world of this pristine coral reef where you can enjoy some amazing snorkelling sessions. For those who have booked the excursion package there is a barbecue on the beach: aperitif, and dinner with lobster and fish.

4

Day 4

Breakfast will be served inside the natural reserve, and you will be still able to explore the magnificent lagoon and its islets. Enjoy the sun on fine white sandy beaches with kayaking, windsurfing or wakeboarding. Or you can venture on trails on these uninhabited islands seeing cacti, frangipani trees and endemic shrubs. Dinner and night on board. With an optional excursion in the morning you can reach, with a local boat, the "Petit Tabac" islet where Jack Sparrow was abandoned with the beautiful Elisabeth.

Itinerary

63 Covid. Caribbean: Catamaran Cruise from Martinique to Tobago Cays

1

ITINERARY COVID Day 1: Check-In

The cabin cruise begins in the south of the island at 6pm from Le Marin, Martinique. After a welcome drink and a security briefing, you will sail towards the Saintes. Relax yourself enjoying exceptional moments under the starlit sky or in your comfortable cabin, only a few steps away.

2

Day 2

Today you will explore the Saintes Archipelago. With its British roots, the elegance of the area and its people, build an atmosphere so seductive that many sailors have settled down there. You will be eating lunch in the pain de sucre, ideal for swimming and snorkeling with colorful fish and corals. We highly recommend you to explore the streets of Terre de Haut visiting Fort Napoleon and its Museum that are not far away or just go shopping, drink coffee or enjoy some snacks in  a local pastry shop. Here it would be possible also watch the “Sainttoise”, local fisher boats, doing their work... Dinner and overnight at anchor near Terre de Haut.

3

Day 3

Today you will sail further into the Archipelago to explore the islands Cabrit and Terre de Bas. There will be plenty of swimming opportunities on the way. In view of the coastline of Basse Terre, the western part of Guadeloupe, you are leaving the Saintes, going north. In the heart of the Réserve Cousteau (islands recognized as Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO), the Pigeon Islands will be the next stop. These Islands are part of the town of Bouillante, but are 1100 m away from the shore. Lunch will be served while sailing. The key attraction lies at the bottom of the sea, aside from its vegetation, primarily occupied by the Manchineels and Frangipani. The diversity of coral reefs and fish are among the highest in the Caribbean. Just by snorkeling in shallow waters you will find elkhorn corals, gorgonians, faviidae, parrot fish, molidae and butterflyfish. Many scenes of the French scientist and Captain Custeau's movie "The Silent World" were filmed here. Jacques-Yves Cousteau is an important part of this territory, so much so that in 2004 has been inaugurated a bust of him, now moved underwater. Before nightfall you will continue your trip north until Deshaies, a charming fishing village surrounded by wooded hills. Dinner and overnight at anchor. You will continue your north journey before nightfall until you reach Deshaies, a charming fishing village.

4

Day 4

Today you will set sail towards Marie-Galante. For lunch you will arrive at the beautiful bay of Anse Carnot, main character in many postcards, and rest here until afternoon. With his authenticity, the relaxed way of life and the affection of its residents, the island charm its visitors and it is considered like Guadeloupe 50 years ago. His nickname is "La Grande Galette" (the great pancake), is a reference to its flat and round shape. Marie-Galante is rich in white beaches, many of which are among the most stunning in the Antilles. There are also some fantastic turquoise lagoons that will lure us into anchoring there. At the end of the afternoon, we take the 30-minute trip to St. Louis, the oldest town on Marie-Galante. After a walk on the island, dinner and overnight stay at anchor.

5

Day 5

On this day, we will return to Martinique, where we will remain in the north of the island and have a chance to visit the town of Saint Pierre. The town is situated below the popular Vulcan Pelée and was devastated by a volcanic eruption on 2 May 1902, then rebuilt in the 1920s. The remains of the disaster can be seen in the Fort district and the city centre. The night will be spent at anchor.

6

Day 6

In the morning we will head towards the Anse D'Arlets, which boasts a beach known as the most beautiful in the island and known also for the church directly at the promenade. You will swim in crystal clear waters and see colorful fish when snorkeling or enjoy a cocktail in one of the various beach bars. The night will be spent at anchor in the south of Martinique.

7

Day 7

The last day of your cruise will be in Saint-Anne, a paradise for swimmers and for the nature lovers who can discover his unique landscape of “petrified savannah” that reminds of deserts or landscapes on the moon. The last night will be spent in front of Saint-Anne.
