424 Sailing boat crewed cruise: Azores, Portugal


Day 1: Check-in

At 10:30 am on Monday morning you will be welcomed at Marina of Praia da Vitòria from your crew to take your seat in your cabin and follow the safety briefing.After lunch we will sail for a navigation of 3-4 hours towards Angra do Heroismo, also we will make a stop at Ilheu das Cabras where you can snorkeling, do paddle board and much more! Dinner wil be served on board, admiring the sunset. After dinner, we will end the evening in one of the many bars that populate this island.


Day 2

We will leave at dawn towards São Jorge, the trip that will take us to this paradise will last about 10 hours. During the trip, you can admire the sunrise while you have breakfast and you can search among the waters dolphins that swimming near the boat. You can also practice to adjust the sail, stay at the helm and try your hand at the management of the boat... or simply relax on the large deck cushions. 


Day 3

Breakfast on board, then you can visit Velas and Sao Jorge! It would be a good idea to rent a car to move around the island, then we will advise you which places to visit and what to do! Dinner in a typical local restaurant and night on board. 


Day 4

Breakfast on board, then we navigate 4-5 hours crossing the channel of Sao Jorge, heading towards the famous Horta. You will have the opportunity to visit this fantastic town located on the island of Faial and enjoy a drink at Peter Café. 


Day 5

After breakfast we will sail for 4-5 hours to the south coast of Pico, during this transfer if you are lucky you can admire the sperm whales, the pilot whales, the spotted dolphins and many other types of mammals that love playing with the bow of the sailboat! If the weather permits, we can enter with a lot of attention into the smallest turistic port of Lajes. Enjoy a fantastic walk at sunset. 


Day 6

We will spend a day in this fantastic island! Breakfast on board and then you can visit the island of Pico, we advise you to rent a car and then we will inform you about places to visit and activities to do. Late in the afternoon you can relax at the beach and enjoy the sunset. Departure after dinner for a night cruise to Terceira.


Day 7: Check-out

Check-out is scheduled in the morning by 09:00.
