Engineer – Konstantinos Skopelitis
Konstantinos is a seasoned Second Engineer (Class A) with over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of vessels, including cruise ships, Ro-Ro/passenger ferries, tankers, tugboats, and service with the Hellenic Navy. He holds a Class A Engineer License along with advanced certifications in tanker safety, ship security (SSO), engine room resource management, firefighting, survival, and medical first aid.
From 2018 to 2024, he served with Celebrity Cruises aboard Celebrity Summit, Constellation, and Infinity, where he was responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable engine room operations.
Recognized for his professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork, Konstantinos is highly organized, safety-focused, and adaptable to the demands of modern maritime operations. Fluent in English and Greek, he brings proven technical expertise, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence to every assignment.

Chef – Petros Martinos
Petros brings over 20 years of diverse culinary experience from high-end restaurants and luxury resorts across Greece and abroad. A graduate of the Public Institute of Vocational Training of Trifylia with a specialization in Culinary Arts, he has honed his craft in some of the most prestigious Mediterranean kitchens, including Galazia Hytra (Michelin Guide, Paros) and El Peace (Ios), where he excelled as Head Chef, creating refined à la carte and degustation menus. His impressive portfolio also includes key roles at world-renowned establishments such as Nammos (Mykonos & Dubai), Opia, Interni, and Ceresio 7, where he collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs including Elio Sironi, Giannis Parikos, Hrisanthos Karamolegos, and Gikas Xenakis. Petros’s culinary expertise spans Mediterranean, Japanese fusion, and modern creative cuisines, with mastery of both hot and cold kitchen operations. His experience aboard Viking Cruises further refined his precision, organization, and adaptability—essential qualities for life at sea. With over 35 years of maritime hospitality experience, Spyros has dedicated his career to providing impeccable service at sea. From luxury yachts to cruise ships and ferries, his journey reflects a lifelong passion for excellence and genuine care for guests. Known for his precision, discretion, and warm professionalism, Spyros has served aboard some of the most distinguished vessels in the industry, including Illusion I, Let It Be, and several of the renowned Golden Yachts—O’RAMA, O’PARI I, and O’NATALINA. His calm presence and intuitive understanding of guests’ needs have earned him lasting trust and respect from both owners and charter guests alike. Certified in Life Saving, Firefighting, Security (Level A), and Butler Service, Spyros combines safety awareness with the art of refined hospitality. Fluent in English and Greek, he brings a graceful, attentive, and efficient presence to every voyage—ensuring guests experience not just service, but true hospitality at sea.

Stewardess - Zoi Vaila
Zoi is a skilled and service-oriented Second Stewardess with a solid background in luxury yachting. Before joining the yachting industry, Zoi honed her hospitality and organizational abilities through experience in retail, sales, and business administration. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration and has also completed professional training in classical and modern dance, which lends her a natural sense of discipline, grace, and coordination in her work. Over the past seasons, she has built valuable experience aboard M/Y Way (Ferretti 72) during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, completing over 100 charter days on both weekly and day charters. In 2022, she further expanded her skills as Second Stewardess on M/Y Aurora (30.60m) and as Stewardess on M/Y Amoraki (23.20m), successfully supporting busy seasonal operations. Her onboard responsibilities have encompassed guest service, interior detailing, laundry care, and efficient turnarounds, all carried out with precision and poise even under demanding charter schedules. Known for her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and calm, guest-focused demeanor, Zoi consistently ensures a smooth and welcoming onboard experience, contributing to truly memorable charters.


Deckhand – Konstantinos Belessiotis
Konstantinos has served aboard a wide range of vessels—from ferries to private boats—and he is a highly skilled and dedicated maritime professional with over six years of hands-on experience in deck operations, vessel maintenance, and mechanical systems. His strong background includes roles as a deckhand, maintenance technician, and small boat operator throughout the Greek islands. He is recognized for his problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and reliability in high-pressure environments. Konstantinos holds a speedboat license and has additional experience in scuba diving and spearfishing. He is fluent in Greek and English.

How does the charter contract work?

The contract is signed directly between the Owner and the Charterer, with the support of the broker. It is usually based on the international MYBA contract model, designed to ensure clear and balanced protection for both parties.
There is also the figure of the Stakeholder, responsible for safely holding the funds until the end of the charter.

What is included in the charter fee?

The base rate includes the rental of the yacht, the use of all onboard equipment, the presence of the crew, and the related insurance coverage.
Operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, beverages, and additional activities are not included and are managed through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The exact list of what is included or excluded will be confirmed when selecting the yacht.

What is the APA and how does it work?

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance fund, usually equal to 25–35% of the charter fee, allocated to cover operational expenses such as fuel, provisioning, marina fees, paid activities, beverages, and the guests’ personalized requests.

At the end of the cruise, the Captain provides a detailed breakdown of all expenditures. Any unused amount is refunded to the client, while any overages are settled directly upon closing the charter.

What are the payment terms?

Upon signing the contract, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance — including APA, taxes, and any additional charges — is typically due around five weeks before embarkation (depending on the owner).
Payments are made via bank transfer, which is the standard method in the luxury charter industry.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible, but the contractual terms apply.
In general, if the client decides to withdraw, the Owner retains the deposits already paid.

If the yacht is rebooked for the same period, the Owner refunds the amount recovered, minus the applicable commissions.

Every cancellation request is handled with full transparency.

How can I choose the yacht that best suits my needs?

The choice depends primarily on the type of experience you wish to enjoy:

  • Motor yacht for maximum comfort, excellent stability, and fast transfers.

  • Sailing yacht for an authentic, quiet experience rooted in traditional navigation.

  • Catamaran for generous spaces, superior stability, and enhanced privacy.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (Mediterranean: June–September; Caribbean: December–April), it is advisable to book several months in advance to secure the best available options.
We can also handle last-minute requests, depending on availability and licensing requirements.

Is it possible to personalise menus, preferences, and activities?

Absolutely. Before departure, you will receive a Preference Sheet where you can indicate your tastes, dietary needs, allergies, beverage preferences, and the activities you wish to enjoy.
The Chef and the Captain will use this information to create a fully customised experience for you.

How many guests can be accommodated on board?

Most yachts can host 6 to 12 guests, depending on their interior layout.
Some superyachts over 80 metres, compliant with international certifications, can accommodate up to 36 guests.

Will I have Internet access during the charter?

Most yachts offer Wi-Fi on board, provided through mobile networks or satellite systems. The quality and speed of the connection may vary depending on the cruising area and the technology installed.

Is tipping the crew expected?

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is a well-established custom to show appreciation for the crew’s service.
International guidelines suggest an amount equal to 10–15% of the base charter fee as a reference.
